About the company

DomeShelter Australia is looking for a dependable, hands-on team member to join us as a Factory Hand. If you have a good attitude, a strong work ethic, and are willing to go the extra mile to help get jobs across the line, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist fabricators with daily tasks to keep production moving efficiently.
  • Apply finishing touches to completed products, including painting, strapping, or minor assembly tasks.
  • Move materials and finished products to their allocated staging areas.
  • Operate forklifts and other plant equipment to assist with production and logistics.
  • Support general workshop organization, cleaning, and housekeeping to maintain a safe and tidy workspace.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to solve daily challenges and meet production deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Forklift license required.

  • Solid attention to detail — cares about doing things right the first time.
  • Experience assisting tradespeople is a bonus but not essential.
