The Role: In-Store Stylist | Miranda
Our stores are the heart of DISSH. We are looking for vibrant, passionate and hands-on individuals to join the DISSH team as Casual In-Store Stylist at the iconic DISSH Miranda. Our stylists have the opportunity to join our collaborative and fun in-store environment to work toward incredible incentives, team-work and provide experiential retail for our customers.

- Embody the DISSH Core Values and share our brand story with our customers.
- Opportunity to achieve generous wardrobe allowances (no individual targets – success is based on team performance)
- Learn and share product knowledge from features and benefits, sustainable impact all the way through to garment care.
- Operational day-to-day stock management to maintain a visually aesthetic, relevant and fully replenished store.
- Provide 1-on-1 styling for the DISSH customer.
- Gain retail fashion experience with one of Australia’s most iconic fashion brand’s.
To succeed, you will have:
- A friendly and approachable disposition. You will be focused on creating lasting relationships with customers to keep them returning.
- Weekend & late-night trade availability (highly regarded).
- Effective communication skills.
- Experience in customer service (within a fashion retail environment highly desired).
- A proven track record of understanding and achieving performance indicators in a customer-facing environment.
- A personal connection to the DISSH brand and our product.
