So, the Job

As an Email Specialist at Dilate, you’ll be responsible for executing and optimising email marketing campaigns and automated customer journeys that drive engagement, conversions, and revenue. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to deliver high-quality campaigns while continuously improving performance through data-driven insights.

  • Plan, build and deploy email campaigns across platforms including but not limited to Klaviyo, Mailchimp and HubSpot.
  • Implement segmentation and personalisation strategies to deliver relevant, engaging communications.
  • Monitor and optimise key performance metrics such as open rates, CTR, conversions and revenue.
  • Build and manage automated flows including welcome series, nurture campaigns, abandoned cart and re-engagement sequences.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer journeys, retention and lifetime value.
  • Manage database segmentation and ensure best-practice data hygiene.
  • Maintain deliverability standards through SPF, DKIM and DMARC protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy regulations including GDPR and CCPA.
  • Work with internal teams to align email strategies with broader marketing campaigns.
  • Continuously test, learn and optimise through A/B testing and performance analysis.

About you

  • Has 3+ years’ experience in email marketing, ideally in an agency environment.
  • Is highly experienced with platforms including but not limited to Klaviyo, Mailchimp and HubSpot.
  • Understands what makes email campaigns perform—from subject lines to timing, offers and CTAs.
  • Has strong knowledge of segmentation, personalisation and customer lifecycle marketing.
  • Brings strong technical capability across deliverability, integrations and database management.
  • Has analytical skills and can translate data into actionable insights.
  • Is experienced in A/B testing and campaign optimisation.
  • Can manage multiple campaigns and client accounts simultaneously.
  • Has experience working with eCommerce and lead generation clients.
  • Communicates clearly and collaborates well with internal teams.
  • Is results-driven with a track record of improving email performance.
