Senior Property Manager 

We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager with at least 4 years of experience to manage a portfolio across the North Shore. 

In this role, you’ll oversee a well maintained portfolio with the full support of our leasing, inspections, and admin teams giving you the time to focus on what you do best – delivering exceptional service to your clients.

About you: 

• Minimum of 4 year’s experience in residential property management. 
• Strong team player mentality. 
• Excellent time management skills. 
• Impeccable attention to detail. 
• Motivation and resilience in the face of challenges. 
• Proficiency in property management software – Property Tree & Inspection Express 
• Current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration (NSW). 
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
