We’re currently on the lookout for a friendly and proactive team member to join our Property Management division on a full time basis (Monday-Friday) based in Sydne’s North Shore. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in real estate.

About the Role:

As the first face clients, tenants and tradespeople see when they walk through our doors, you’ll play a key role in creating a warm and professional first impression. You’ll support our Investment Management team with a mix of front desk reception duties, property management customer service, and general office administration.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Greeting and assisting clients, tenants, and suppliers with professionalism and care
  • Managing incoming calls, emails, and walk ins
  • Supporting the team with administrative tasks and property management processes
  • Ensuring the front office is welcoming, tidy and well organised
  • Helping coordinate appointments and follow-ups with trades and clients

About you:

  • Have a Certificate of Registration/Assistant Agents Licence
  • Previous experience in real estate and customer service is a plus but not essential
  • A positive can do attitude and a genuine love for helping people
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A team player who’s eager to learn and grow
  • Proficiency in using office software and management tools
  • A genuine interest in Real Estate that you’ll demonstrate to our clients
