- Develop and execute targeted, personalised campaigns using behavioural, transactional and customer data, applying lifecycle logic well suited to real estate and property customer journeys.
Data, Reporting & Optimisation
- Monitor campaign performance and contribute to reporting on key metrics.
- Use insights to support ongoing optimisation of engagement, conversion and retention.
Technical & Data Collaboration
- Work closely with technical and data teams to support CRM delivery, including integrations, data feeds, event tracking and marketing automation dependencies, ensuring reliability and accuracy.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Partner with marketing operations and technology teams to deliver lifecycle initiatives on time and to a high standard.
Platform Governance & Compliance
- Support platform governance, including data integrity, privacy compliance, and adherence to Australian SPAM and privacy regulations.
