Why Join Us?

• Competitive salary with a review upon successful completion of probationary period

• High level of autonomy and ownership in a role where your contribution is valued

• Supportive, high-standards team environment where accountability is shared and performance is recognised

• Experienced leadership, operational stability, and a clear growth strategy within a well-established business with a strong industry track record

• A company that genuinely invests in its people, with a focus on developing women into operational and leadership roles

About the Role

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Service Delivery Administrator (SDA) to join our team based in Newmarket.

This is a newly created, high-impact operational role responsible for how the business runs its day-to-day service delivery. Working closely with the Service Delivery Manager and Operations Manager, providing the administrative backbone that allows our client-facing team to focus on delivery rather than administration.

This is not a passive support role. We are looking for someone who enjoys being proactive, detailed, working in a team and takes genuine ownership of their work.

This role will suit someone with extensive hands-on security, facilities management, or field services environment who knows their way around operational systems and rostering in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

· Build, maintain, and update rosters in Employment Hero; process shift changes, leave, and coverage adjustments; identify and escalate gaps before they become operational issues

· Create and distribute job sheets and work orders for all sites and ad hoc works using TrackTik and simPRO, ensuring instructions and site requirements are clearly documented

· Maintain site configurations, patrol routes, checkpoints, and incident categories in TrackTik; manage job statuses in simPRO to support invoicing readiness and financial reporting

· Maintain employee records, onboarding setup, and scheduling in Employment Hero, including processing leave requests and supporting new staff setup

· Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all platforms; proactively cross-check rosters, job allocations, and system records to identify and resolve discrepancies

· Compile and format client KPI reports; support preparation of meeting agendas, minutes, and action logs

· Maintain SOPs, templates, and operational documentation; ensure all documents are correctly stored and accessible to relevant staff

· Ensure all activities comply with WHS, QA, and operational standards

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience in an administration or operational coordination role supporting management stakeholders

• Demonstrated experience using simPRO or a comparable job and work order management system

• Experience with TrackTik and Employment Hero, or comparable platforms, is highly regarded

• Background in security, facilities management, or a field services environment is strongly preferred

• High attention to detail, process-driven approach, and the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure

• Clear, professional written and verbal communication and competence in using Microsoft 365

• Practical, proactive, and confident working within a small team with a solutions-focused mindset

• Working knowledge of WHS and safe work practices
