About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Lead to oversee the delivery of services to our participants. You will be responsible for ensuring that our services are delivered efficiently, effectively, and in line with our quality standards.

This is a full-time position, based at our Bentley office.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support teams to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred outcomes through coaching, clear communication, and consistent support practices.
  • Oversee safe and effective service delivery, ensuring participant wellbeing, risk management, compliance, and smooth day‑to‑day operations across home and community settings.
  • Support effective and sustainable services by helping to coordinate staffing, clinical supports, and resources while keeping an eye on service performance and quality.

Selection Criteria

Essential

  • Experience within disability, community services, aged care or a related sector.
  • Demonstrated leadership or senior support worker experience.
  • Strong understanding of person-centred and NDIS-funded supports.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and complex participant needs.
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Current National Police Check.
  • Current Driver’s Licence.

Highly Desirable

  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Disability, Community Services, Leadership or related field.
  • Experience within SIL services and complex support environments.
  • Experience using ShiftCare or similar client management systems.
