Join Derbarl and play a critical role in improving timely, equitable access to paediatric care for Aboriginal children and young people. This is a unique project opportunity to apply your clinical expertise to drive meaningful system improvements and better health outcomes.

About the role

As the Paediatric Clinical Nurse – Waitlist Review Project, you will bring advanced paediatric clinical expertise to review, triage, and optimise waitlists within the Derbarl Kids service.

Working with a high level of autonomy, you will assess referrals, determine clinical urgency, and ensure children are connected to the right care at the right time. Your work will directly contribute to improving service access, responsiveness, and care pathways.
