About the Role:
This is not your typical front desk role. At our brand new Burnside clinic, you’ll be the face of Dental Boutique as a Patient Coordinator – a trusted advisor and treatment guide. You’ll support patients through one of the most important journeys of their lives: achieving the smile they’ve always dreamed of.
Your ability to connect, communicate, and inspire confidence will make a meaningful difference in every patient interaction.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcome patients with professionalism and warmth
- Manage appointment scheduling, check-ins, and check-outs
- Handle phone and online enquiries with confidence and care
- Support patients through their treatment journey from initial enquiry to conversion
- Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks efficiently
- Work closely with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience

- Proven sales experience – in high-touch environments such as cosmetic clinics, private healthcare, luxury retail, or wellness
- Exceptional communication – able to make complex information simple, relatable, and actionable
