About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced and passionate Oral Health Therapist (Dual Qualified – Hygiene and Therapy) to join our Mornington team in a part-time capacity. This role is currently based across Mondays and Wednesdays (8:30am – 5:30pm), with the potential for additional days in the future as the clinic continues to grow.

You’ll take pride in delivering comprehensive oral health care across your full scope of practice, including:

• Conducting comprehensive examinations, diagnosing conditions, and taking radiographs
• Providing preventative care and periodontal treatments
• Performing restorative procedures, including fillings and simple extractions
• Managing emergency care and discussing treatment options with patients
• Delivering hygiene and maintenance for implant patients
• Performing whitening treatments
• Supporting clear aligner orthodontic management under the guidance of a primary dentist

About You

You are a confident, caring, and highly skilled Oral Health Therapist who takes pride in creating outstanding patient experiences. You combine clinical precision with warmth and empathy, helping patients feel at ease while achieving their healthiest, most confident smile.

You’ll bring:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Oral Health Therapist
• Current AHPRA registration (including hygiene and adult scope)
• Strong restorative and periodontal skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A commitment to delivering high-quality care and exceptional patient experiences
• A proactive, professional, and collaborative mindset
• CBCT licence (highly regarded but not essential)
