About the Role

As a Front Office Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, delivering five-star customer service while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our reception area. This is a part-time position (approximately 30 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients and create a warm, professional first impression.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and appointment enquiries.
  • Schedule and coordinate patient appointments efficiently.
  • Assist patients with general enquiries and administrative support.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Process payments and manage daily reception tasks.
  • Work collaboratively with our clinical and patient coordination teams.
  • Ensure every patient receives an exceptional Dental Boutique experience.

About You

Ideally, you will have:

  • Previous customer service experience (required).
  • A friendly, professional, and patient-focused approach.
