We are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our premium Chatswood clinic. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-performing clinical environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.
About the Role
As a Dental Assistant, you will:
- Provide chairside assistance across general, cosmetic and surgical dental procedures
- Deliver a premium, five-star patient experience at every touchpoint
- Maintain exceptional standards of sterilisation and infection control
- Prepare treatment rooms and instruments to ensure efficient clinical workflows
- Assist with administrative and clinical systems to support seamless day-to-day operations
- Support ordering, equipment maintenance and general clinical administration
- Work collaboratively with dentists and the wider clinical team to provide outstanding patient care
About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Have previous experience as a Dental Assistant (experience is highly regarded)
- Hold a Certificate III in Dental Assisting (highly regarded but not essential)
- Have a strong can-do attitude, solution-focused thinking and a willingness to learn
- Are confident supporting a variety of dental procedures
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
- Are reliable, punctual, and take pride in maintaining excellent attendance
- Work well both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Are flexible and committed to working a four-day roster in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Are passionate about delivering outstanding patient care
