Due to the continued expansion of our Sydney team and the arrival of new clinicians, we’re looking for a motivated Dental Assistant to join us full-time.
About the Role
You’ll work alongside experienced clinicians in a modern, fast-paced environment where learning, development and career progression are built into the role.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Chairside assisting during a variety of dental procedures
- Preparing treatment rooms and sterilising instruments
- Supporting patients before, during and after treatment
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Ensuring the clinic operates efficiently while delivering exceptional patient care
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience
- Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting preferred (not essential)
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A positive attitude and genuine passion for patient care
