About the role
As a Dental Assistant, you will:
- Provide chairside assistance across general, cosmetic, and surgical procedures
- Ensure a smooth, calm, and positive experience for every patient
- Maintain high standards of sterilisation and infection control
- Support clinicians to deliver efficient, high-quality treatments
- Assist with clinical admin, records, and appointment support when required
- Work collaboratively within a close-knit clinical team
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Have 1+ years as a Dental Assistant
- Hold a Certificate III in Dental Assisting (desirable but not essential)
- Bring empathy, attention to detail, and strong communication skills
- Are proactive, reliable, and love helping others succeed
- Are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performing team
- Are tech-savvy and comfortable navigating digital systems
