About the Role

We are looking for a Legal Assistant to join our Commercial / Wills & Estates team.  In this full-time, permanent role based in our Adelaide office, you will:

  • Be willing to travel to our Salisbury office at least one day per week
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders by telephone, email and in-person
  • Draft and prepare documents and correspondence
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings and Solicitor diaries
  • Open/Close files and maintain accurate client records
  • Support billing, invoicing and time entry processes
  • Provide general admin support to the team

 

About You

You will work closely with the team to deliver efficient, high-quality admin support and:

  • Have 1-2 years’ experience in legal admin (beneficial)
  • Be able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Have strong attention to detail
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate a compassionate approach to handling sensitive matters
  • Be willing to learn new systems and contribute to team efficiency improvements

The successful candidate must hold a valid National Police Certificate (NPC)
