ABOUT DAVIESWAY

At Daviesway, we’re proud to be a trusted partner to farmers and agricultural businesses across Victoria.

Our Warragul branch serves the heart of Gippsland, providing quality products, expert advice, and hands-

on support to our customers every day. We’re a close-knit team that genuinely cares — about our

customers, our community, and each other.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a friendly, organised, and switched-on Administration & Office Support person to join our

Warragul team. This is a varied role right at the heart of our branch operations — you’ll be the first point of

Melbourne admin team.

If you enjoy keeping things running smoothly, love a busy environment, and like being the person everyone

can rely on — this could be the perfect fit.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Answering incoming phone calls and directing enquiries to the right people

• Supporting the sales, technical and fabrication teams with day-to-day administration

• Assisting with product ordering and tracking deliveries

• Preparing and managing job worksheets for the technical team

• Processing invoices accurately and in a timely manner

• Coordinating with the Melbourne office admin team to ensure paperwork flows efficiently

• Maintaining organised records and filing systems

• Providing friendly, professional service to customers who visit or call the branch

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You don’t need to come from an agricultural background — but here’s what will set you up for success:

• Experience in an administration, office support, or customer service role

• Confident phone manner and a friendly, professional approach

• Good attention to detail, especially when processing invoices or orders• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and business software

• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise in a busy environment

• A team player who communicates well and builds strong working relationships

• Reliable, organised, and takes pride in getting things right

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE

• Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central, Oracle NetSuite

or SAP

• Experience in inventory control or stock management

• A background in agriculture, rural supplies, or a trade/technical environment

• Experience working across multiple locations or with a remote team

WHY JOIN THE DAVIESWAY TEAM?

• Be part of a supportive, down-to-earth team with a great culture

• A genuinely varied role where no two days are the same

• Work locally in Warragul, serving a community you know

• Opportunities to grow your skills and career within the business

• Competitive remuneration based on your experience
