THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re looking for a friendly, organised, and switched-on Administration & Office Support person to join our
Warragul team. This is a varied role right at the heart of our branch operations — you’ll be the first point of
contact for customers calling in, a key support to our sales and technical staff, and an important link to our
Melbourne admin team.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Your day-to-day will include a mix of customer contact, admin processing, and team support:
• Answering incoming phone calls and directing enquiries to the right people
• Supporting the sales, technical and fabrication teams with day-to-day administration
• Assisting with product ordering and tracking deliveries
• Preparing and managing job worksheets for the technical team
• Processing invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Coordinating with the Melbourne office admin team to ensure paperwork flows efficiently
• Maintaining organised records and filing systems
• Providing friendly, professional service to customers who visit or call the branch
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You don’t need to come from an agricultural background — but here’s what will set you up for success:
• Experience in an administration, office support, or customer service role
• Confident phone manner and a friendly, professional approach
• Good attention to detail, especially when processing invoices or orders• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and business software
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise in a busy environment
• A team player who communicates well and builds strong working relationships
• Reliable, organised, and takes pride in getting things right
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE
• Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central, Oracle NetSuite
or SAP
• Experience in inventory control or stock management
• A background in agriculture, rural supplies, or a trade/technical environment
• Experience working across multiple locations or with a remote team
