About You
We’re looking for Educators who are:
Passionate about early childhood education
Positive, reliable and love working as part of a team
Skilled at building warm, respectful relationships
Committed to creating meaningful, high-quality learning experiences
Confident with the EYLF, NQS and child-led play approaches
Excited to bring their creativity, heart and enthusiasm every day
What You Bring
✔ Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
✔ A current Blue Card
✔ First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Certification
✔ Experience in early learning
✔ A genuine love of children and learning
What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting children’s learning through play, curiosity and joy
Creating safe, inclusive, engaging learning spaces
Collaborating with your team to plan exciting learning experiences
Building strong partnerships with families
Bringing the Curiosity Tree values to life every day
