The Opportunity
The Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales function through effective management of systems, processes, and documentation. This role ensures consistency, accuracy, and efficiency across all sales operations, enabling the sales team to execute effectively and in alignment with organisational standards.
What You’ll Do
- Provide day-to-day operational support to the sales team to ensure smooth execution of sales activities
- Own and manage our CRM (HubSpot), including data integrity, pipeline management, reporting, and ongoing optimisation
- Develop, document, and maintain sales processes, playbooks, and standard operating procedures
- Ensure alignment and consistency across the sales team in how processes and tools are used
- Own end-to-end quality control of sales proposals, ensuring all content and formatting meet brand and organisational standards.
- Support sales reporting and forecasting by maintaining accurate and up-to-date data
- Partner with sales leadership to identify process improvements and drive operational efficiencies
- Assist with onboarding and training of sales team members on tools and processes
- Act as a central point of coordination between sales, marketing, and other internal stakeholders
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years’ experience in a sales operations, revenue operations, or similar role
- Strong experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and process discipline
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
