The Opportunity

The People Operations Specialist optimises core People processes across the employee lifecycle. This role combines hands-on execution with process improvement, ensuring scalable, efficient, and high-quality People operations.

We’re ideally looking for someone to join us part-time, with a view to growing into a full-time position within six months. What You’ll Do

  • Support end-to-end recruitment, including job briefs, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
  • Deliver a smooth onboarding experience, managing pre-boarding, inductions, and new starter check-ins
  • Contribute to employee experience initiatives, including surveys, recognition programs, and events
  • Assist with learning and development activities, including training coordination and tracking outcomes
  • Maintain accurate employee records and support compensation and benefits administration
  • Ensure HR compliance by tracking requirements, maintaining documentation, and supporting investigations
  • Manage offboarding processes, including exit coordination, final pay, and insights tracking

What You’ll Bring

  • 3–6 years’ experience in People Operations, Talent Acquisition or HR
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and lifecycle management
  • Experience improving or optimising HR workflows
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical capability
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders
