What You’ll Do
● Support capability by helping Store Managers grow their leadership, coaching and customer service skills
● Drive consistency by reinforcing our Royal Sales Process, compliance expectations, and operational standards
● Strengthen execution through observation, coaching, and support across key operational areas
● Provide insights to your Regional Leader to inform performance conversations and regional actions
● Encourage excellence by identifying coaching opportunities and highlighting team success
● Support stores within the greater North and North West area of Melbourne with limited travel to Adelaide and Hobart
● Work alternate Saturdays building store capability and as point of contact for escalations across the region.
What You Bring
● Multi-site, field-based, or operational support experience in retail, hospitality, or financial services
● Strong coaching and communication skills with a practical mindset
● Confidence interpreting reports, tools, and store-level KPIs to guide your support
● A solutions-focused approach to compliance, service, and standards
● Comfort working independently and spending most of your time in stores
● A commitment to role modelling Crown’s values every day
