About the Role

The TikTok Shop Creator Specialist will play a critical role in scaling CSB’s creator-led commerce program, helping to build the systems, processes and creator relationships required to establish TikTok Shop as a meaningful and sustainable revenue channel for CSB. This role sits at the intersection of influencer marketing and social commerce, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to drive measurable results.

The ideal candidate is highly organised, commercially minded and passionate about creator marketing, social commerce and emerging platform opportunities. They thrive in a fast-moving environment, are comfortable with ambiguity, and bring a data-informed approach to identifying, onboarding and managing creators who can authentically connect with audiences and convert.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain operational infrastructure for CSB’s TikTok Shop affiliate program, including workflows, briefing templates and commission structures
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, e-commerce and supply chain to ensure seamless program execution
  • Manage product seeding logistics, ensuring creators receive products in a timely and brand-appropriate manner
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding of new TikTok Shop affiliate creators, ensuring a smooth and premium experience aligned to CSB’s brand standards
  • Identify and recruit high-potential creators across relevant niches, building a strong and diverse affiliate pipeline
  • Maintain ongoing creator relationships through regular communication, incentives and performance feedback
  • Maintain an up-to-date creator database, tracking onboarding status, commission codes, content output and performance metrics.
  • Track and report on creator and program performance across key metrics including GMV, conversion rate and content output
  • Build and maintain weekly and monthly reporting across the creator base to surface actionable insights for the Partnerships team.
  • Use data insights to optimise creator selection, commission strategy and content briefs
  • Develop and refine scalable processes and documentation to support program growth

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field2 – 4 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships or social commerce, ideally within a retail, beauty or lifestyle brand environment
  • Solid understanding of TikTok as a platform, including TikTok Shop, the affiliate creator ecosystem and short-form content best practices
  • Proficiency in TikTok Shop Seller Centre and familiarity with affiliate tracking and reporting tools
  • Working knowledge of social commerce trends and the broader influencer marketing landscape
  • Proven ability to manage multiple creator relationships simultaneously with a high degree of organisation and attention to detail
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to assess creator performance and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a confident and professional approach to creator outreach and management
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Compensation

The salary range for this role will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and CSB’s internal leveling guidelines and benchmarks.

Compensation range: base salary of US$70,000 – US$84,000 + Short Term Incentive Program (STIP)
