Love sport, enjoy talking to people and know how to create a great customer experience?
We’re looking for Consumer Sales Officers to join our Big Bash team for the upcoming season. These are seasonal fixed-term opportunities expected to commence in August 2026 and run through to February 2027.
You’ll be at the heart of the action, connecting with supporters, helping them find the right membership or ticketing option and creating experiences that keep them coming back.
No two days will look quite the same. One day you might be calling prospective members, the next helping supporters with enquiries, and on match day you’ll be part of delivering a great fan experience.
If you’re motivated by sales, enjoy building relationships and like working towards goals as part of a passionate team, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing
-
Selling memberships and other consumer products through outbound and inbound sales activity.
-
Building relationships with new and existing members to drive renewals and loyalty.
-
Providing exceptional customer service across phone, email and digital channels.
-
Processing memberships, ticket sales and customer enquiries accurately.
-
Maintain accurate and compliant member data records, collect additional customer insights to support projects and reporting.
-
Supporting match days, member events and fan activations throughout the season.
-
Working closely with Consumer, Marketing, Ticketing and Match Operations teams to deliver a great supporter experience.
About you
You’ll ideally bring:
-
Experience in sales, membership, customer service or contact centre environments.
-
Confidence speaking with customers and achieving sales targets.
-
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
-
Great organisation and attention to detail.
-
Experience using CRM or ticketing systems (or the ability to learn quickly).
-
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays during the Big Bash season.
Experience in sport, entertainment or ticketing is highly regarded, but not essential.
