ABOUT US
Cricket NSW (CNSW) is focused on leading and growing the game throughout the state. We
oversee all cricket from elite professional teams to community, school, and social cricket programs. As a purpose and people led organisation, CNSW aims to inspire everyone to play and love cricket.
Our Wildly Important Goal (WIG) is to grow the number of 5–12-year-olds playing
cricket. To deliver on our WIG and strategic priorities we have a collaborative, customer-centric approach. We use our values; Humility, Excellence, Imagination and Relationships to deliver memorable experiences to participants and fans.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Ideate, capture and edit compelling, timely and innovating short and long form video content
across WBBL, BBL and community events
- Deliver authentic, innovative and relevant coverage of the club’s stories, including high
performance, news media, community and club events
- Understand emerging digital content trends, ensuring output is cutting edge
- Ensure all video content aligns with Sydney Thunder’s brand, voice and visual identity
ABOUT YOU
- At least 2 years experience in creating highly engaging video content
- Srong technical proficiency
- Excellent organisation skills and ability to work to tight deadlines
- Ability to be able to travel and work evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Strong relationship building skills
- Strong attention to detail
