Cricket NSW (CNSW) is focused on leading and growing the game throughout the state. We oversee all cricket from elite professional teams to community, school, and social cricket programs. As a purpose and people led organisation, CNSW aims to inspire everyone to play and love cricket.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Head of Partnerships in this role you will:

  • Support the end-to-end commercial sales process across prospecting through to deal completion
  • Assist the Head of Partnerships in preparing for pitches, presentations, and negotiations
  • Identify and research new business opportunities across key categories
  • Establish, manage and maintain CRM data (HubSpot), ensuring accuracy and pipeline visibility
  • Support the Commercial team on WBBL & BBL match days with rights delivery

 

ABOUT YOU

  • 1–3 years’ experience in a commercial, sales, partnerships, or analyst role (sport desirable but not essential)
  • Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
  • Strong interest in sport, sponsorship, media, and brand partnerships
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Proactive and self-driven with a willingness to generate opportunities
