About the Role
As the Football Programs Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our high-performance football programs. Working across all football teams, this role is responsible for delivering efficient administration, ensuring compliance with governing body requirements, and coordinating key operational functions including contracts, medical processes
and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Part-Time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:00pm
- Administrative support across contracts, player and staff registrations, and record management.
- Assist with compliance requirements in line with NRL and QRL regulations.
- Support football operations, including reporting, welfare and education programs.
- Coordinate player medical administration including insurance, claims and provider liaison.
- Liaise with Finance, Payroll and internal/external stakeholders to support purchasing, payments and contract processes.
- Assist with travel arrangements including relocation, staff travel and special events.
Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications:
- Relevant qualifications in business and/or marketing, communication (desirable).
- Working with Children Clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Experience in office administration, (2+ years desirable).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office/Suite and procurement or purchasing systems.
- Understanding of financial administration processes.
- Outstanding organisational abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder engagement ability.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality.
- Flexible, adaptable and team-oriented approach.
