About the Role

Reporting to the CEO, this is a senior leadership role with end‑to‑end accountability for safety, people, operations and financial performance across the Emerald aggregation.

You will lead Farm Operations Managers and the broader farm team, oversee large‑scale cropping and irrigation programs, and drive productivity, efficiency and profitability within a strong governance and continuous improvement framework.

Key Responsibilities

Provide visible safety leadership and ensure strong HSWE performance
Lead, coach and develop Farm Operations Managers and farm teams
Oversee cropping, irrigation and water programs at scale
Own aggregation‑level budgets, EBIT, cost control and cashflow
Drive improvements in productivity, efficiency and operating discipline
Govern plant, equipment and infrastructure assets
Deliver clear operational and financial reporting to senior management
Make sound decisions within delegated authority, escalating where required

About You

Proven experience leading large‑scale, irrigated agricultural operations
Strong cotton industry experience preferred
Demonstrated commercial, operational and people leadership capability
High standards of accountability, structure and discipline
Safety‑focused with a commitment to continuous improvement
Comfortable operating in a senior, business‑accountable role in a regional environment
