We are seeking an experienced relationship management professional to join our exceptional NSW team in this role. A perfect opportunity for an experienced broker or banker looking for their next challenge.

The Role

The Partnership Manager is the primary contact between brokers, lenders and Connective. This role ensures that all brokers are equipped with the support, training and tools they need to grow their business through Connective.

Within a high performing team, you will be accountable for meeting quarterly KPIs and have the following responsibilities:

• Inducting new brokers into Connective with emphasis on our award-winning software, Mercury Nexus.

• Providing on the ground support and facilitating a smooth onboarding process for brokers.

• Building strong relationships with brokers based on a thorough understanding of their business.

• Identifying opportunities where Connective products tools and resources can provide value based on member business needs.

• Facilitating, attending and hosting events as required.

• Encouraging and facilitating broker attendance at Connective events.

• Developing high levels of positive engagement and broker retention.

The Person

As an exceptional communicator and customer support professional, you pride yourself on exceeding your customer’s expectations and providing them with solutions to help their business grow and prosper. You enjoy building strong relationships through discovery-based conversations and have the interpersonal and influencing skills to support this.

You will also have:

• A proven record in developing relationships and delivering sales outcomes.

• Experience within dynamic, fast paced environments such as banking, lending, credit, broking, underwriting, insurance, customer service or similar.

• Proven background in managing partner relationships and using CRM systems to support engagement.

• Outstanding organisational and communication skills with a collaborative team player style.

• Strong influencing and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to travel to broker meetings and events within designated portfolio.
