and asset finance solutions. With a vibrant and dynamic culture, we are the employer of choice for exceptional sales professionals and are currently seeking a CAF Business Development Manager to develop the business and support our WA members.
The Role
The Business Development Manager will promote and grow the CAF business to achieve
Connective’s overall strategic goals and vision. Success is defined by upselling, assisting and supporting stakeholders to ensure a smooth and seamless asset finance application, every time.
Other key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and increase CAF sales growth from existing state and national databases.
- Identifying and developing business from the broker community.
- Educating and supporting brokers on CAF queries, benefits and how to sell/process applications.
- Managing lender accreditation process, outcomes and efficiencies of processing team.
- Working closely with all internal sales staff to ensure sales targets are achieved and remedial actions implemented where appropriate.
- Contributing and supporting the CAF Learning & Development strategy and implementation.
- Maintaining an ongoing and real time understanding of CAF sales performance.
- Working closely with the National Manager Sales and Support to plan and execute acquisition, growth and retention strategies.
- Promoting CAF through attending relevant events, visits, networking and
presentations.
The Person
You will have strong lending knowledge with the capability to interpret products and
policies and confidently discuss deals. You will be self-motivated, thrive in a diverse environment and enjoy building long standing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
You will also possess:
- Demonstrated experience in a relevant sales role with Commercial and Asset Finance experience (financial services industry is desirable) with relevant qualifications desirable.
- A thorough knowledge of Commercial and Asset Finance credit.
- Experience using CRM systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics) to generate insights and plan activity.
- Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills with the ability to work efficiently and autonomously.
- A current Australian driver’s licence and own transport.
