Are you passionate about inclusive education and supporting children (0–5 years) to thrive? Possum’s Patch Early Childhood Centre is seeking a dedicated Inclusion Support Educator to join our nurturing and innovative team.

About the Role

We have a part-time position available:

• 18 hours/week

• Monday, Tuesday] & Wednesday

• 6 hours per day

This role are designed to support inclusive practices within our early childhood environment, ensuring every child feels safe, supported, and engaged.

About Possum’ Patch ECC

Possum’s Patch is a 24-place long-day care centre that joined Connect in 2014. Our center has served the Mount Victoria, Hartley, Mt Wilson, and Blackheath communities for over 20 years. It operates out of the original sandstone Mount Victoria schoolhouse, co-located with Mount Victoria Public School.

About You

We’re looking for educators who:

• Hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

• Have a genuine passion for inclusive education and working with children aged 0–5

• Embrace respectful, responsive practices and evidence-based teaching

• Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with families and colleagues

• Are committed to continuous learning and professional growth
