As Educational Leader, you will work alongside our leadership team and educators to support curriculum development, mentor staff, and promote reflective practice across the service.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting educators to plan and implement meaningful learning experiences for children aged 3-5 years
- Mentoring and coaching educators to strengthen professional practice
- Guiding critical reflection and continuous improvement processes
- Supporting trainees and new educators in developing their skills and confidence
- Working collaboratively with families and the broader leadership team
- Contributing to a positive team culture focused on high-quality outcomes for children

About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Hold an approved Early Childhood qualification (ECT or Diploma)
- Have experience working in early childhood education and care
- Have previous experience mentoring, coaching or leading educators
- Be passionate about early childhood education
- Demonstrate strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Value reflective practice and continuous improvement
- Be committed to providing high-quality outcomes for children and families
