Key Responsibilities
Managing Business Delivery and Results Core
- Manage and triage all enquiries received through the Retail Hires inbox.
- Act as the first point of contact for Partner enquiries received via our 1800 assistance line
- Coordinate replacement vehicle requests with customers, dealerships, Compass branches and internal
- Work closely with the branch network and our business partners to assist with vehicle deliveries, collections and transfers
- Provide our business partners with updates regarding booking status and vehicle availability.
- Monitor active bookings and follow up outstanding actions
- Escalate customer complaints, service concerns and Partners enquiries to the Corporate Business Manager where required.
- Support our Partners with general program assistance.

- Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.

- Strong administration and data entry skills.
- Ability to manage enquiries in a timely manner and deliver a high standard of customer service.
