Roster Coordinator (Tuesday–Saturday Roster)
About the Role
We are seeking an organised and proactive Roster Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating and maintaining staff rosters to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred support to NDIS participants.
Working on a Tuesday to Saturday roster, you will play a critical role in managing daily scheduling changes, ensuring appropriate staff allocation, and supporting both operational and HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage fortnightly staff rosters to meet participant needs
- Monitor and reconcile timesheets against rosters, identifying and resolving discrepancies
- Ensure staff are appropriately matched to participants based on skills, experience, and preferences
- Manage day-to-day roster changes, including covering unplanned absences, leave, and emergencies with minimal disruption
- Interpret and apply relevant SCHADS Award and employment standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with staff, participants, and internal stakeholders
- Support a participant-focused culture across all scheduling activities
- Assist with payroll administration and timesheet accuracy
- Provide administrative support for recruitment and HR processes
- Perform general administrative duties to support team operations

Experience & Requirements
Essential
- Experience in rostering or scheduling, ideally within NDIS, community services, or aged care
- Working knowledge (or ability to quickly learn) the SCHADS Award
- Strong administrative and system skills (CRM/rostering platforms)
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and Blue Card
- Current driver’s licence
Desirable
- Experience with MYP or similar client management systems
- Understanding of the NDIS framework
