🔷 Purpose of the Role 

This is not just a system administration role – it’s an opportunity to play a critical part in how our business operates and grows. 

As a Salesforce Administrator, you’ll be responsible for maintaining, improving and supporting our Salesforce platform. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure the system is optimised, user-friendly and aligned to business needs. 

✨ What You’ll Do 

  • Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity 
  • Manage user access, profiles, roles and permissions 
  • Configure workflows, automations, reports and dashboards to support business operations 
  • Support users by troubleshooting issues, answering queries and providing guidance 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements 
  • Maintain data quality through regular audits, cleansing and governance processes 
  • Assist with system integrations, updates and releases 
  • Create and maintain documentation, training materials and user guides 
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and user experience 

 

💡 What You’ll Bring

  • Previous experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar CRM role 
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred or working towards) 
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality, reporting and automation tools 
  • Experience managing users, permissions and system configurations 
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills 
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy 
  • Ability to translate business needs into system solutions 
  • Strong communication skills and ability to support non-technical users 
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
