This is not just a system administration role – it’s an opportunity to play a critical part in how our business operates and grows.
As a Salesforce Administrator, you’ll be responsible for maintaining, improving and supporting our Salesforce platform. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure the system is optimised, user-friendly and aligned to business needs.
✨ What You’ll Do
- Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity
- Manage user access, profiles, roles and permissions
- Configure workflows, automations, reports and dashboards to support business operations
- Support users by troubleshooting issues, answering queries and providing guidance
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements
- Maintain data quality through regular audits, cleansing and governance processes
- Assist with system integrations, updates and releases
- Create and maintain documentation, training materials and user guides
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and user experience
💡 What You’ll Bring
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re analytical, proactive and enjoy solving problems. You bring:
- Previous experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar CRM role
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred or working towards)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality, reporting and automation tools
- Experience managing users, permissions and system configurations
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to translate business needs into system solutions
- Strong communication skills and ability to support non-technical users
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
