🔷 Purpose of the Role
Reporting to the Executive General Manager Distribution, the Distribution Success Partner is responsible for supporting the delivery of strategic initiatives across Distribution (AU & NZ), Markets and Engagement.
You will drive planning, reporting, forecasting and operational effectiveness while partnering closely with senior leaders to ensure key priorities are delivered successfully. Acting as a trusted advisor
and central point of coordination, you’ll help transform strategy into action and enable high-performing teams across the business.
✨ What You’ll Do
·Support the delivery of strategic initiatives across Distribution (AU & NZ), Markets and Engagement
·Partner with senior leaders to drive execution against business priorities
·Establish and maintain consistent planning, forecasting and performance reporting frameworks
·Develop meaningful reporting and insights to support decision-making
·Monitor performance against revenue, AR growth and profitability targets
·Assist with budget management, forecasting and financial performance tracking
·Coordinate cross-functional projects and business improvement initiatives
·Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Technology, Finance and Compliance teams
·Drive efficiency, process improvement and operational excellence initiatives
·Provide executive-level support and representation for the EGM Distribution when required
·Lead and contribute to major business change and transformation projects
💡 What You’ll Bring
·Minimum 8 years’ experience in distribution, sales operations, commercial management or a similar role
·Strong understanding of the general insurance industry
·Demonstrated experience supporting or leading high-performing teams
·Strong commercial and financial acumen, including budgeting and forecasting
·Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
·Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities
·Proven ability to influence and collaborate across a broad range of stakeholders
·Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
·A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and outcomes
