This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of impactful marketing campaigns and communications across the business and network.
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will support the development of engaging content, coordinate campaigns end to end, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure consistent, high-quality marketing outputs aligned to CBN’s strategy and brand.
✨ What You’ll Do
- Support CBN Community Fund initiatives, including promotion, coordination, administration, and stakeholder communication
- Support CBN New Zealand team growth activities, with local market campaigns to drive expansion and engagement
- Develop and execute network marketing communications, including newsletters, email
campaigns and social media, ensuring clear and consistent messaging
- Coordinate the preparation and delivery of high-quality marketing collateral across print, digital and online channels
- Manage and update website and broker portal content
- Support delivery of internal and external communications aligned to business objectives
- Collaborate with SMEs to prepare and implement communication strategies for go-to-market plans
- Deliver engaging social media campaigns
- Assist in video creation, and asset design and editing where required
- Maintain and manage a structured content calendar
- Support broader marketing initiatives and ad hoc projects as required
💡 What You’ll Bring

You bring:
- Experience in a marketing coordination or support role (approx. 3+ years preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing social media platforms and website content
- Experience preparing and delivering high quality communications
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively
- Stakeholder engagement skills across a diverse business
- Attention to detail and a strong eye for brand consistency
- Experience with marketing platforms (e.g. email automation tools, CRM systems)
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools
- Analytical mindset with exposure to tools like Google Analytics
- A proactive, adaptable and collaborative approach
