As Manager of Broker Partnering, you’ll play a key role in leading and inspiring a high-performing internal service team that supports our broker network.

You’ll be responsible for day-to-day operations, service delivery, and ensuring our team provides strategic value to internal stakeholders.

This role is about leadership, efficiency, and building a culture of collaboration ensuring our brokers receive the service and support they need to thrive.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations of the broker partnering team, ensuring service levels and quality standards are consistently met

• Lead, coach, and develop team members, driving performance, accountability, and professional growth

• Manage workflow and resource allocation to optimise efficiency and productivity

• Generate and analyse reports on KPIs, service levels, and client satisfaction, providing insights to the Head of Service

• Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, building strong and effective relationships

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery

✅ About You

We’re looking for a leader who is:

• Experienced: 5+ years in general insurance broking (Diploma of Broking preferred) and proven team leadership experience

• Knowledgeable: Advanced understanding of insurance products, operations, and regulatory environments

• Skilled: Strong leadership, people management, and operational planning abilities

• Tech-savvy: Familiar with broker platforms such as INSIGHT

• Adaptable: Able to manage ambiguity, shifting priorities, and changing demands

• People-focused: A collaborative leader with a problem-solving mindset and growth orientation
