🔷 Purpose of the Role
Reporting to the Head of Compliance, you will provide
administrative and operational support across a broad range of compliance
activities. This role offers hands-on experience in a regulated environment and
is ideal for someone who is organised, detail-oriented and eager to learn.
✨ What You’ll Do
- Supporting the onboarding and offboarding of
Corporate Authorised Representatives (CARs).
- Assisting with website compliance audits.
- Preparing and administering referrer agreements.
- Coordinating quarterly compliance declarations.
- Assisting with the collection and review of CAR
onboarding documentation.
- Managing marketing material review requests.
- Providing administrative support for insurer and
broker compliance activities.
- Assisting with audit reporting, compliance insights
and action plans arising from compliance reviews.
- Supporting compliance capability and education
initiatives across the network.

We’re looking for someone who is
enthusiastic, curious and ready to develop their career in compliance.
You’ll ideally bring:
- Previous experience in an administrative,
compliance, legal or financial services role.
- A genuine interest in compliance, governance or
risk management.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to
manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Confidence working with Microsoft Office
applications.
- The ability to build positive relationships with a
variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
and develop.
Experience within the insurance
or financial services industry will be highly regarded but is not essential.
