We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Compliance Officer who is eager to learn, grow and make a meaningful contribution within a supportive Compliance team.

🔷 Purpose of the Role

Reporting to the Head of Compliance, you will provide administrative and operational support across a broad range of compliance activities. This role offers hands-on experience in a regulated environment and is ideal for someone who is organised, detail-oriented and eager to learn.

✨ What You’ll Do

  • Supporting the onboarding and offboarding of Corporate Authorised Representatives (CARs).
  • Assisting with website compliance audits.
  • Preparing and administering referrer agreements.
  • Coordinating quarterly compliance declarations.
  • Assisting with the collection and review of CAR onboarding documentation.
  • Managing marketing material review requests.
  • Providing administrative support for insurer and broker compliance activities.
  • Assisting with audit reporting, compliance insights and action plans arising from compliance reviews.
  • Supporting compliance capability and education initiatives across the network.

  • Previous experience in an administrative, compliance, legal or financial services role.
  • A genuine interest in compliance, governance or risk management.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Confidence working with Microsoft Office applications.
  • The ability to build positive relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.

Experience within the insurance or financial services industry will be highly regarded but is not essential.
