🔷 Purpose of the Role
This is not a traditional systems administrator role – it’s a chance to shape how
brokers experience CBN’s systems every day.
As Systems Administrator, you’ll play a critical role within our Broker Experience function, ensuring broker facing platforms are configured, maintained and supported to enable efficient broking operations and a consistent, high-quality broker experience.
Working closely with Broker Applications, Broking Operations, Technology and Distribution, you’ll operationalise platform changes, support BAU activity, and embed enhancements into clear, repeatable processes that scale with our growing network.
✨ What You’ll Do
- Execute onboarding, offboarding, internal transfers and permission changes for brokers and internal users
- Administer and configure broker facing platforms, including INSIGHT and broker platforms, in line with governance, security and service standards
- Identify broker experience pain points and recommend opportunities for platform and process uplift
- Design, document and embed end-to-end broker workflows alongside system changes
- Maintain accurate, broker ready documentation, guides and knowledge assets
- Ensure platform resources and onboarding materials remain current and easy to use

- Experience working with broking platforms, ideally INSIGHT, and understanding how brokers operate day-to-day
- Strong background in onboarding, offboarding and permission management
- Experience working across operations, technology, compliance and learning teams
- Exposure to workflow design, documentation and continuous improvement
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on sustainable, scalable solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and confidence managing competing priorities
