Our family-oriented business is one of continual growth, striving to deliver a positive perception of dentistry through practice pride, performance, and passion.The RoleCoastal Dental Care is seeking a proactive and people focused People & Culture Advisor to join our friendly and collaborative team in a full-time capacity at our Head Office in Southport. This is an exciting opportunity to join the business during a period of transition and growth, where you will play a key role in shaping and supporting our people strategy.This is a dynamic, generalist HR role supporting a network of practices, where you will partner closely with managers and leaders to deliver high-quality people solutions across the employee lifecycle.Reporting to the Group People & Culture Director, you will contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture, supporting operational excellence, and driving employee engagement initiatives.Key Responsibilities• Provide generalist People & Culture advice, coaching and support to managers across the network• Support performance processes including 1:1s, probation reviews, and associated HR documentation• Manage employee lifecycle administration including contracts, employment changes, onboarding and offboarding• Coordinate recruitment activities end-to-end, including advertising, sourcing, screening and offer preparation• Maintain and update HR systems (including Employment Hero) and ensure employee records are accurate and compliant• Monitor and analyse key people metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and engagement• Support delivery of employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and training activities• Assist in the implementation of reward, recognition, and wellbeing programs, including referral initiatives• Build strong relationships with stakeholders through regular communication and site visits• Ensure compliance with WH&S requirements and contribute to a safe, positive workplace cultureAbout YouYou are a proactive and people-focused HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You bring a strong foundation in HR administration and generalist support, combined with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation. You take pride in delivering accurate, timely work while also understanding the broader impact of people initiatives on business performance.
