About Coastal Dental Care Cabarita Beach
We look after the Cabarita Beach community from our practice on Tweed Coast Road, close to the beach. We’re dentist-owned, not part of a corporate chain, so clinical decisions stay with our clinicians, backed by a network of 18 practices across the Gold Coast and Northern NSW. Our dentists work alongside oral health therapists, and we’re preferred providers for most major health funds, so our patients keep coming back. It’s a genuine chance to trade the commute for a two-minute walk to the beach, without giving up the clinical backing of a bigger network.
About the role
This is a full-time role at our Cabarita Beach practice, with a flexible roster: work four longer days open to close, or a standard five-day week across our Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm hours. Saturdays, 8am to 2pm, are available if you’d like the extra day, but they’re not mandatory. You’ll take on a broad general caseload with a strong restorative and endodontic focus, stepping into an established patient base so you’re busy from the start. A good day here looks like steady general and restorative work, confident endodontics when it’s needed, and a patient base that already knows your name.
What you’ll be doing
- Assessing, diagnosing and treating patients across general, restorative and endodontic dentistry
- Developing treatment plans and talking patients through their options clearly
- Working alongside your assistant and reception team to keep the day running smoothly
- Referring in-house where needed and working within Dental Board of Australia guidelines
- Building long-term relationships with a loyal, local patient base
What we’re looking for
Essential
- General dentist with at least 1 years’ experience across general, restorative and endodontic dentistry
- Current AHPRA registration (without restriction) and indemnity insurance
- A confident, clear communicator who works well in a small team
Preferred
Experience with CEREC and CBCT, or keen to build capability
