About the role
Join our onsite laboratory at Dentures by Design Burleigh Heads as a full-time Dental Technician.
This is a primarily lab-based role where you’ll contribute to the delivery of exceptional fixed and removable dental prosthetics, ensuring a high standard of care and patient satisfaction within a team that values excellence in dental prosthetics.
You’ll work closely with the Prosthetist and Lab Manager to produce precise, high-quality work that directly impacts patient outcomes.

What you’ll be doing
• Fabricate full and partial dentures to a high clinical standard
• Perform denture repairs, relines and adjustments with accuracy and efficiency
• Design and fabricate custom fitted mouthguards and occlusal splints
• Collaborate with the Prosthetist and lab team to deliver quality outcomes
• Maintain strong quality control and an organised laboratory environment
What we’re looking for
Essential
• Diploma in Dental Technology or equivalent
• Hands-on experience in denture fabrication and repair work
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes
• Ability to work independently and manage workflow effectively
• Collaborative approach and strong communication skills
Preferred
• 1+ years’ experience as a Dental Technician (advantageous, not essential)
• Experience in the design and fabrication of custom fitted mouthguards, occlusal splints and orthodontic appliances
• Experience with implant-retained dentures
• Exposure to CAD/CAM or digital denture workflows
