About the role
This is an opportunity for an experienced Dental Prosthetist to take on a key role delivering end-to-end prosthetic care across both clinical and laboratory settings.
You will manage the full patient journey from consultation through to design, fabrication and fitting while also contributing to lab operations, patient coordination and relationships across the Coastal Dental Care network.

What you’ll be doing
• Conducting patient consultations, assessments and treatment planning
• Designing, fabricating and fitting full, partial and implant-retained dentures
• Fabricating a range of prosthetic appliances including splints, mouthguards, retainers and nightguards
• Performing denture repairs, relines and adjustments
• Working independently within an onsite dental laboratory
• Managing patient communication, bookings, and case tracking
• Supporting quality control, remakes tracking and lab record-keeping
• Building strong relationships with dentists and internal stakeholders
• Occasionally travelling to other clinics to support prosthetic services
What we’re looking for
Essential
• Registered Dental Prosthetist (Australia)
• 1+ years’ experience in clinical prosthetic practice
• Strong technical expertise in denture design and fabrication
• Excellent patient care skills with the ability to build rapport and trust
• High attention to detail with a strong eye for form and function
• Strong organisational and time management capability
Preferred
• Experience with implant-retained prosthetics
• Exposure to CAD/CAM or digital dentistry workflows
• Experience across broader appliance fabrication (splints, retainers etc.)
• Confidence supporting administrative and operational tasks
