GAMING SUPERVISOR

We are looking for a career-minded Supervisor who can lead our gaming team. This is a great opportunity for you to showcase your passion for customer service, provide leadership & utilise your organisational skills.

As our Gaming Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining and promoting the vision and values of the Club and effectively engaging and leading the front-line Gaming team to achieve our organisational goals.

The successful candidate will be results driven and personable and undertake the following duties and responsibilities in this role which include, but are not limited to:

• Ensuring the provision of exceptional customer service to our members and guests

• Supervising the Gaming Floor ensuring smooth and efficient operational performance

• Ensuring compliance with the Club’s operating policies, practices, and procedures

• Accuracy in cash reconciliation

• Completing all relevant administration tasks

• Managing and coordinating staff in an efficient, effective, and respectful manner

Skills and Experience Required:

• At least two (2) years’ experience in a team leader/supervisory role within the club industry

• Have knowledge and experience of all gaming operations including TAB & KENO

• Confidence with a self-motivating and reliable attitude

• Outstanding people skills with an extremely strong focus on customer service

• Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities in training and motivating a team

• A can-do attitude with an ability to actively look for solutions to customer complaints

• Current RSA & RCG Photo Competency Card

• Availability to work a rotating roster including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays

Desirable but not essential qualifications/experience:

• Diploma in Front Line Management and/or Hospitality

• IGT Club Advantage

• Proficient Understanding of Tiered Loyalty

• Computer and report writing skills
