Description

Club Marconi is seeking motivated full-time Supervisor to join our friendly team at CSI, SCHOFIELDS. 

 

To succeed in the role, you will need to be customer focused, be observant, and display a genuine willingness to progress within the Club Marconi Group!

 

You will supervise the staff and service areas, ensuring smooth and efficient operational performance.

 

You will ensure compliance with the Club’s operating policies, practices, and procedures if adhered too.

 

You will complete all relevant administration tasks, and manage and coordinate staff in an efficient, effective, and respectful manner.

We are looking for individuals who have:

  • At least two (2) years’ experience in a team leader/supervisory role within the Club industry (Café style eateries or Bar experience a PLUS).
  • Confidence with self-motivating and reliable attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and thoroughness when accomplishing tasks.
  • Excellent computer skills and accurate report writing (ESSENTIAL).
  • Effective communication skills – written, verbal and interpersonal.
  • Ability to make decisions and establish priority workloads.
  • Outstanding people skills with an extremely strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to demonstrate management qualities in training and motivating a team.
  • A can-do attitude with an ability to actively look for solutions to resolve customer complaints.
  • Diploma in Front Line Management and/or Hospitality (DESIRABLE).

We are looking for individuals who can work to a flexible roster, weekends, public holidays, both day and night shifts.  You must hold a valid RSA certificate and RCG certificate.
