About the Role 

As we continue to scale, we are seeking a hands-on Precinct Administrator to join our Precinct Operations team and play a pivotal role in our journey. This role will allow you to develop your skills within a fast-paced, growth focused company, providing timely and effective general administrative support to the Precinct Operations team, working across our three sustainable precincts. This role would suit someone looking for part-time work, looking for flexibility and/or reduced working hours throughout the week.  

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Managing and maintaining cost control spreadsheets and the raising of PO’s 
  • Establishing and maintaining connections and relationships with contractors, suppliers and building management
  • Preparing internal monthly reports  
  • Assisting in obtaining quotes and the tendering process of major material and contractor suppliers  
  • Manage delivery schedules for equipment and being the point of contact with logistics partners 
  • Prepare meeting minutes 
  • Manage documentation and Sharepoint filing systems
  • Other administrative functions as required within the team 

 

About You 

You will bring the following: 

  • Good understanding of budget management, tendering, contract administration and procurement  
  • Interest in the Australian renewable energy industry and its market operations 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite 
  • Highly self-motivated, organised “doer” able to manage multiple projects and priorities

  • Must have full Australian work rights.
