So much more than a bar, Cruise Bar is one of Sydney’s most iconic venues. Spanning three stunning levels, including the stylish rooftop Melba’s and Cruise Bar & Restaurant below, we serve up unforgettable experiences with unrivalled views of Circular Quay and the Sydney Opera House.

We’re now on the lookout for Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team and bring energy, personality, and top-tier service to every guest moment.

About the role:

• Deliver outstanding guest experiences across our bars, dining spaces, and functions
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards on the floor
• Complete shift checklists and support smooth operations
• Comply with RSA regulations to keep service professional and safe

About You:

• Bright, engaging personality with a passion for hospitality
• Availability for 20–40 hours per week, including weekends and New Year’s Eve
• Team player with flexibility for a rotating seven-day roster
• Strong attention to detail and a positive, can-do work ethic
• Ability to juggle multiple guests while keeping your cool under pressure
• 1 year of hospitality experience preferred (but attitude is key!)
• Current RSA certificate required
