The Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administration Officer – Accounts to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys dealing with people and has a strong background in accounts administration and general office support.

-Permanent Part time – minimum 20 hours (negotiable)

-9/9:30 – 2/2:30pm Monday to Friday

-Close to home

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage reception for the Bacchus Marsh office
  • Set up and maintain employee information on system
  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
  • Perform data entry, invoicing and reconciliation duties
  • Assist with payroll processing and related administration
  • Handle general office administration tasks
  • Assist the Workshop with administrative tasks

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A friendly and customer service approach
  • Previous experience in an accounts or administration role
  • Strong attention to detail and a good organiser
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills and numeracy skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • A proactive and team-oriented approach
