Lead, Inspire and Make a Difference as an OSHC Manager

At Child Australia, we’re looking for enthusiastic and motivated OSHC Managers to lead the daily operations of our Outside School Hours Care services. About You
You’ll be someone who enjoys leading by example and creating positive outcomes for children and your team.
Ideally, you’ll have:
- At least 2 years experience as a Nominated Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
- A Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or be working towards a Diploma).
- A positive, proactive attitude with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with children, families and educators.
