About the role
We’re seeking two experienced Senior Project Leads / Senior Designers (one permanent, and one 12 month maternity leave contract) who can take ownership of complex residential projects from initial briefing through to detailed design and delivery. You’ll lead project vision, mentor designers, and work closely with our architects, interior designers, project managers and construction team to realise design outcomes of exceptional quality.
This role suits someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, communicates with confidence and clarity, and enjoys guiding clients through the design journey with insight and empathy.
We are recruiting for both a permanent position, or a 12 month maternity leave contract.

What you’ll be doing
- Leading the design direction and ensuring the integrity of the project vision.
- Managing client relationships and presenting design ideas with confidence.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including architecture, interiors, landscape and construction.
- Overseeing documentation, feasibility, statutory compliance and technical coordination.
- Supporting and mentoring junior designers.
- Facilitating the seamless transition of design intent through to build completion.
What you bring
- 5+ years experience post grad
- High-end residential experience
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD
- Ability to lead a team efficiently and effectively
- Sound knowledge of BCA, Australian Standards, SEPP (CDC) and Council development controls
- Great communication skills, written and verbal
- Effective time management skills
Qualifications
- NSW Architects Registration, or
- BDAA accreditation, or
- Relevant qualification in the discipline of Architecture accredited by the Architects Accreditation Council of Australia
